Description
Belvakuumpack LLC offers vacuum pouch sets for sous-vision in the size 230х230 mm. Sous-vision in French means "under vacuum". It is one of the cooking methods - the product is placed in a vacuum bag and cooked for 15 minutes (for steak 20-30 mm) to 10 hours at temperatures from 50 to 80 degrees Celsius. There are experiments in cooking for up to 24 hours, but the reasonableness of such a marathon at home is highly questionable.
